I built my own more powerful tech. A two liter bottle, two short lengths of maple sap tubing, some epoxy, a drill, and a pump from an old pressure cuff.
Sure it was a little janky, what with having to cover the pin hole I drilled through the bottle cap with my finger, but it shot every bit as well as a super soaker and held far more water.
