And no, "natural market growth" just consolidates because consumers become dependent on them... See idk modern day Google, or something similar.

Free markets, in unregulated, leads to monopolization of industry. New market participants are simply just bought out from cash reserves.. modern day Microsoft for instance.

Now while the *choice* to buy out the competition is there, some monopolies won't, and will just compete because of economies of scale.

Also, I'm trying to fit a full semester's understanding + 101 to explain this to you, which isn't easy if you don't have a larger foundational understanding of holistic economics as a subject
