Half of fiqh is on some bullshit because of stupid illogical ideas like the adalat sahaba, or the authority of an era's scholars "consensus" or a companion's interpretation authority as if they're sources of God's message. Also everything is halal unless said otherwise by God or his only final messenger pbuh. People love adding up rules and limiting people's rights and making the deen harder or to their own vision or perspective.
