2. Layer 2 solutions solve on chain transaction fees and time
3. Nobody checks "tainted dollars" by looking at the serial number and checking whether it was used previously for an illicit transaction. Also Lightning Network sidesteps that issue as well
4. Nobody will know whose coins are who, pseudonymous
5. The 2140 fee transition is fantastic, miners will have more than enough time to adjust
