I really don't want to make anyone feel individually criticized because this kind of inadequate image description is something I'm seeing SO much very recently, after not seeing it much at all in my previous six years on fedi. Has something changed, culture-wise?
I'm seeing this in boosts, not accounts I follow, but not all boosts by the same people (and I assume they're seeing the "alt" is there and not checking it, which is valid!).
