Nice chat with a work colleague and then after putting the tax evasion vape shop fronts down, says the reason we don’t have more growth in the economy is because we don’t have more immigrants.
I reply, the immigrants, being paid low wages don’t really pay much tax.
Theoretically a smart guy, but the cognitive dissonance he deals with in terms of politics and economics is astounding. And turns out he’s third generation out of wealth, all makes sense, he’s a wealthy person say communism is the way forward.
