I would add that joining a fraternity is important aspect of college. You will always have a job if you need one after college. Nepotism.

Not joining a frat in college was my biggest networking mistake. I had no idea that I was going too get kicked out of the army halfway too federal retirement. If I had been in a fraternity, I could have easily gotten a frat brother too hire me at the post office or something.
