This article I thought was more thoughtful than most on "Is this making?", though I think it went off the rails with the consumption thesis at the end
I still view Claude Code and friends not as "making" per se, but instead "getting something made"
More akin to outsourcing, or prayer
I might elaborate on the outsourcing comparison more in the future as I have some stories from my past there
