I dislike the thin crust bases, and it's so hard to find a thick one. Not into the trouble of making my own dough, as I'm not that great a pizza fan. Probably because the commercial ones are so gross. However, taking my cue from the local Turkish pide/pida shop, my fav topping is spicy potato with cheese melt. And lucky to find frozen Papa Giuseppe's rising crust, when it's on special. Nice and thick and bready 🙂
