As someone who used to work in kitchens and now works in the trades: the pros do both of these things, all the time 🤣
That being said, using a chef knife as a bench scraper is IMO 100% OK if you flip it upside down and use the blunt edge
Screwdriver as a chisel is only OK if you're in a hurry but really most trade workers do so much worse than this every single damn day 🤣
Using any knife as a lever is worse than either IMO.
