I've know some people who are descendents of some important freemason in Australia (they had a huge presence here)
Pretty much every town with more than 1000 people in Australia has some old masonic Lodge that's usually abandoned or being used as an art gallery or second hand shop or some random shit.
They went underground, way more secretive these days than they used to be.
