We found it in the blog post Paper Spam (published on 24th July 2026, ironic) - and guess what the blog is about - again shitting on other people and companies. Karma is a bitch, but this time it hurt others, a lot of others.
As far as I understand, even if the Privacy Policy doesn't say "We delete all customer data,..., after 120 days", which by the way sometimes is also 90, because they don't know what the story originally was. If you keep repeating this and make people believe in it every time you go on a Podcast to shit on other projects and have it written in a blog post with the effect that this is true and how it distinguishes you from your competitors, clearly constitutes as misleading customers and fraud. Because your brand is built on the fact that you are selling privacy, and all the people now receiving emails that last came in contact with coinkite.com years ago is a violation of the privacy you promised over and over which in the same blog you say lead to "spam" and attacks if you keep customer data.
The blog post & Privacy Policy has been saved to the way back machine. The Privacy Policy says it hasn't changed since 1st May 2026.
