Love this.
I'm having conversations with my parents about returning the farm to its original state. There are 110 acres of row crops right now, 19 acres of wooded areas around the house with a creek running through the woods. Their concern is that we won't come back and tend to it. Under its current state I don't have much interest because the crops are cancer crops IMHO. The land is rich in nutrients and prime for elderberries and livestock.
