Pretty sure Carney was already familiar with pipeline politics in BC.
But here's an interesting thing. BC has the 3rd highest number of federal Lib MPs - 20. All but 2 of them were elected in the Vancouver lower mainland where anti-pipeline feeling runs high.
By contrast, only 2 Lib MPs were elected in Alberta.
Is Carney not anticipating getting a second term?
