I don't have anything specific to recommend, but I think this distinction might be important:
do you want to make websites, or web applications?
If websites, I'd say learn HTML and CSS first, without JS (wish I knew a good tutorial for that)
If web applications, I guess you'll need someone to recommend you a framework and read the tutorial for that framework :/
