Yes, and you left out the part about how he had women drive him around. He can't drive and seemed to be terrified of it in fact. And Azns ARE terrible drivers. For some reason, so are all people who drive Toyota and Honda crossovers (despite those being at least moderately quality autos), as if their similarity to Azn drivers compels them to buy these things.
I admit that Europe may have some utility IF you want to live the way Aruvin does - it's just that I don't. And everywhere on Earth has problems now, but Europe's are arguably worse than ours (no primary energy sources outside of UK and Norway, invaded by Islam and Africa, totalitarian-WEF-climate cult government, no AC in summer heat, etc).
