Well, what nuclear deterrence in the past has shown is the conflicts are deflected into proxy conflicts even if the nuclear state itself remains un-attacked. So I'm assuming your post was ironic as while potentially better for the nuclear power itself, the security environment can & likely will remain volatile in general
