That's a Urologist saying they would estimate a 90% chance of having living sperm in the ejaculate after the procedure.
He also says that's there's no great studies showing certain numbers.
However: i know for a fact the state here provides refertilization, and they generally do not provide surgeries that are considered ineffectual, since thats just not worth the cost.
