you usin mongo or postgres or what?
how big is the dataset? if it fits in ram grep is only 10x slower than mongo (on the order of 0.03ms per query vs 0.003ms per query), and by "grep" i mean silversurfer-ag or whatever it's called. ripgrep might be faster on some datasets but i've never seen it.
