I have no idea how much longer they'll last. This level of brutality is rare. I haven't heard from accounts of communist Poland that anything quite this savage occurred. The regime is uniquely shameless: indifferent to global opinion, so accustomed to lying that they broadcast absurd propaganda even when no one with an IQ above room temperature could believe it.
They've driven the economy into complete ruin, yet they cling to power, crushing protests with extreme violence. I don't know when it will end, but I hope it's soon.
