Messaged the counselling service at worn and they replied back saying they're triaging people and could I fill in and send back a PHQ-9 🙃🙃
(PHQ-9 is a depression screening tool. I've filled enough in - and been depressed enough before - to know that my score would be 0. So no counselling for me, despite trauma 🙃🙃)
