Nah, the best phone is the most ethical and functional phone. As far as I know, that's the Fairphone, which is the only phone that's completely repairable by a normal person, made as much as possible from sustainable (conflict-free minerals, recycled plastics, fairtrade, etc.) sources. Another down-side to iPhones is that their software is completely closed sources and the hardware is locked down. You don't actually own it. Apple does.
