the key to an egalitarian liberalism is inalienability. The idea that there are some rights that persons can’t give up even with consent. These rights will always stay under egalitarian distribution because they can’t concentrate or accumulate. We need to institute more such rights and have more rights that are closer to inalienable on the spectrum to alienable.
