Why would CSAM be hardcoded?? You’re overly concerned about plebs’ interactions with sequences of bits on the blockchain but completely ignore the rails for those bits that on occasion facilitate the most heinous behavior. Why would authorities or people we want to become bitcoiners ever make that distinction?
