that's just one example (yeah my life revolves around kids, hah) but I guess I always have this feeling - I come from two countries where there's only one 'you', and when I talk to people I'm generally wanting to speak in a friendly, jovial manner (I don't conduct so much official business), so I find the line very very blurry.
