#ScribesAndMakers Tell us about a book you read over and over. What do you love about it?

V for Vendetta. I love it's brutal honesty, it's harshness, that at the core of it is a simple tale of queer loving resistance. I love that it distills reality into a fictional tale. I love that it tells us we must "become transfixed, become transfigured" to see the world new and to see it free of the violent coercion that is around us. I love it says "it's up to us".
