that might be because it's a social pathology. anyone who gets pleasure out of other people's pain is today a troll and if the masks come off, will happily murder, rape and rob you if they are willing to take that risk. it's a continuum. anyone whose fun comes from causing misery will be a zombie or maurauder when the power turns off.
