- Obey the speed limit
- Avoid hard acceleration and braking whenever possible.
- Save money and pass on premium gas unless it’s “required.”
- Remove roof racks when they’re not being used.
- Turn off the AC when it isn't hot
- Check gas prices online
- Minimize travel
- Buy good-quality gas (off brands can be cheaper, but be wary)
- Stay at half a tank
- Check tire pressure
