We seldom see this stateside. The only two I have caught is this U-2 on final for USAF plant 42 most likely coming in for depot maintenance and looking like it needs it and this super sketchy P-3C that the Bureau of Naval Personnel Sea Duty Component (BUPERS-SDC) flies that has 2! sensor balls and no BuNO numbers and a left outboard engine feathered at Pt. Mugu
