The cat is out of the bag, Spoken with my current employer Operations Manager about ending my employment.
I got a new challenge where i can develop my Puppet and Networking skillset, Smaller company but also very important work.

This is my step for going from Medior Linux Engineer to a jack of all trades Senior Engineer(After i developed those skills).

Both me and my employer are open for future collaboration( You never know in 5/10 years).
They even tried making a counter offer but i already made my decision.

There are some other factors and reasons more personal why i left but i love the people there and the company, those will remain personal.

I am very grateful to have such an open employer who respects my decision and even more grateful there is no bad blood between us after this difficult conversation.

I will have a meeting with my Manager today or tomorrow to make this official and then i can sign the contract at my new job (The offer is already accepted and as good as mine there are only a few formalities but we had to be sure about the leave term)
