Just a thought, but as trades are forecasted to take off, it would be great to also have a solution for trade workers (plumbers, electricians, etc) to have a similar platform/tool. Maybe one that could accept a downpayment at project start, then final payment on completion. Of course this would be waiting on more mass BTC adoption, but there are a LOT of trades workers out there.
