Dude. Port Angeles had a streetcar system. Aberdeen and Hoquiam had a streetcar system. Astoria still has that tourist trolley, but it use to be like an actual streetcar system. Raymond/South Bend used to have a streetcar. All these small NW towns that don't even have much bus service today used to have streetcars 100 years ago.
