Well, the question of what, exactly, it would take to get Judge Xinis to utter the C word remains unanswered. The judge I worked for all last year was the nicest and mildest-mannered guy I've ever met, and he would have had someone escorted out of the courtroom in handcuffs about two jerk-arounds back if this had been before him.
