And I hate to say it because we all have wonderful bodies and mine has done great things, but the very slow and apparently inevitable increase in weight and dress size really was getting me down in a way I wasn't fully aware of.
Even though I'm visually still exactly the same and wearing all the same clothes, looking in the mirror is just a lot more positive than it was a few weeks ago.
It's hope. It's always hope. We don't only need love, we need hope too. It improves every aspect of life.
