Tldr around the 1600s Yurpean Kings got into masonic lodges which paved the way for today's democracies. Because of reasons, said Kings got to be ordered to do stuff by their gardners at some point. I won't bore you with the details but it happened.
My question is this: what made the royals back then accept those terms? What convinced them considering they were pretty powerful compared with today's faggots larping as presidents?
