The amount of racism and sexism I experience while out in the world is astounding. But f I noted every one of them or let it into my psyche I would be frozen with anxiety and thoughts that are not mine. I wouldn’t have time to live my life. So. I am very good at ignoring it. But that doesn’t sit right anymore 😑 #racism #sexism
