I'll go out on a limb here and say this. Japan has thrown us and all its allies a lifeline and given us the ability to buy cheap American oil through the 10 billion dollar POWERR Asia project but the Anutin government is protecting the local oil conglomerates who benefit from using Singapore Gasoil (182) instead of West Texas (88) as a benchmark.
