It is, really and truly. And tradwife type women assert that women like me who have careers are jealous of them because they get to stay at home and l live a miserable life of crunching away at spreadsheets. I have had women say stuff like that to me before, even after I tell them that a. I work from home and b. my job is extremely rewarding and I earn enough money to do literally whatever I want. If anything they seem kind of jealous of me because even on rough work days I get paid, two days off a week, and time to do whatever I want after work. When you are a stay at home wife and mother you get absolutely none of those things.
Like you know how engineering students are a bit conceited and think everyone pursuing a "lesser" degree is jealous of them for not being as smart, but they're really the jealous ones because they're the ones doing more work? Or was that just my experience?
