I had a big day planned and it's a beautiful fall day. I went to bed early then woke up in the middle of the night and didn't get properly back to sleep so now I'm tired because second sleep eluded me and I have yet to really start my day. It probably didn't help that the cat was having a fit about neighbor cat being on the back balcony so I had to chase it off and spend some time soothing her. This not smoking cannabis thing isn't helping my sleep cycles and I've only gotten one good dream out of it so far. Before I go to sleep I'm going to have to tell myself to at least have some good dreams I remember!
