It looks like the Court of the Tangerine Tyrant is upping its attacks on Venezuela with 'military sites' in and around targeted by airstrikes this morning Caracas (including by some accounts the home of the Defence Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez, who has reportedly been killed)....
As noted before, such attacks are hardly unprecedented but Trump seems to have decided to confirm for many of the US' critics that the US really is a 'rogue state'.
