Ukrainian arms maker Fire Point is moving forward with a "cheaper, mass-producible alternative" to Patriot missiles. (These bad boys are still $700k a pop, though Patriot PAC-3 rounds are a whopping $3.8m.) Terminal-phase heat seeking (not radar targeting) means they won't be as good, though.
