I know from my online distributor, the Orchard, that they are working on more clear agreements on the matter, so you as a musician (or label if you as a musician sold your soul already by giving the mechanical rights away), have a say in what your music can be used to.
I have seen similar from Believe. Hopefully, this will eventually make the bad actors consider not scraping. But nothing seems to stop atm to be honest.
