If there's one thing I'm really coming to despise, its this "generational cohort" nonsense. It allows the same group blame that paints Whites as the world's greatest evil without acknowledging those who weren't part of said evil. I use Boomer to describe a particular mindset, not a generation, and have abandoned calling myself Gen-X. Those generation brackets are based on consumerism products anyway, such as movies, music, toys, nostalgia industrial complex, etc.
