Unfortunately not. Ironically, the DEXes out there aren't viable for me because the payment methods usually require KYC even if the DEX itself doesn't. I've looked into and tried several, from Hodlhodl to Robosats to Bisq. Unless you do cash-by-mail or Amazon gift cards (both of which rub me the wrong way), you have to KYC with your payment processor which somewhat defeats the purpose.

Simply put, I found out that some CEXes and purchase methods only require name/DOB/address if you pay with a debit card. I didn't know that until now, as I don't have a debit card but I am looking into getting one for various reasons. I'm okay with the basic stuff like the name and address, I do that when I buy stuff online anyway (and I'll likely swap it for Monero, where even that won't be a concern), I'm just not okay with sharing a photo of my ID, my SSN or a selfie.

I also saw a report that's not on BTC Map which says there's a BTM near me, and the brand doesn't charge outrageous premiums as previous local BTMs have, so I aim to check that out one of these days (and will update BTC Map accordingly if the report is correct).

The reason I haven't done either of these right now is because I don't exactly have the cash to spare on it at the moment. Fortunately, my extremely low income situation SHOULD be changing very soon, so once it does, I aim to give either method a try and start stacking and using BTC/XMR properly. My goal is to set a certain percentage of my weekly paycheck aside to stack a bit, with higher stacking during dips, but that's only if things go as planned.
