Maybe this is unfounded, but I also think at least for now there are fewer incompetent charlatans like N (nprofile…rrsm) in the Monero ecosystem. So noobs in Monero are arguably less likely to get completely fucked by incompetence than in Bitcoin. The cultural rot the maxis created has had a negative impact on keeping peoole's money safe.
