You do “trust the experts”. You just selectively choose what to trust them on. I could think of a thousand examples. Are the experts perfect? Absolutely not.
“Deductive reasoning” is laughable. You can only know what you know. You don’t have the intel. Far from it. What you’re actually saying is you’re leaning on your bias. And you realize that chaos has been present in the Middle East for thousands of years? We aren’t creating that. Again, you’re elucidating your bias.
