Someone asked me: "Why did you say you want to win in court? What is Winning?"
Well I think first off, winning just means getting my ex and the courts to allow me to have 50/50 custody.
Why is that winning? It feels like what should be the baseline, right?
Unfortunately to the opposing side their idea of winning is seeing me have far less than 50% custody for no reason.
They caused me to miss our child's 1st bday, thanksgiving and xmas.
Winning to me, is not missing anymore of their life.
