You're playing a semantics game with the "First Nations" there was no unified nation before the United States constitution. But further back than that we have the mayflower compact, the colonial charters, articles of confederation, and then the Declaration of Independence.
The original people of my homeland are the settlers of this country. Not the people belonging to tribes that were conquered to establish this country.
You should probably indulge in less propaganda that gives you bad information on how this country was founded before you start spewing it toward other people who live here and care about this country and the people who it belongs to.
