Well, I'm not sure it isn't slander - but YouTube will be protected by the US legal position that it is not a 'publisher' & so the slander is being perpetrated by the person who posted it, who may be difficult to track done (and off course is likely not in a jurisdiction where US extraterritorial legal authority might be easily exercised).
