To be honest, I distrust most women in management roles. They are too focused on details (means-over-ends) and not enough on the goal (ends-over-means). This may be an artifact of weird social expectations that replaced femininity with the binary of either being a tool of males or an isolated feminist.
But, in this case, I'd like to see _a causal link_ like terrible policies implemented. It seems to me that the French have terrible security in general and as you note, these museums are zoos.
